SIMCAD

Student Scientific Group of Applied Mechanics at AGH UST “SIMCAD” was founded in October 2021 in the Faculty of Mechanical and Robotics Engineering. The areas of activity include applied mechanics, numerical analysis, the study of mechanical properties of materials and the design of machines and devices. Currently, we are focusing on the project of a remote-controlled electric aircraft that will compete in international competitions. This project also includes work on composite materials and aerostructures. In addition, the group actively collaborates with industry and other universities.
